PHP版本:PHP5.2.11
FastCGi版本：FastCGI1.0
1. Microsoft Web 平台安装程序 2.0
下载地址：http://www.microsoft.com/web/downloads/platform.aspx
下载 wpilauncher.exe 之后,双击运行进行安装.
2. 运行 Web 平台安装程序
运行后找到“Web 平台”/“Web服务器”下的FastCGI和“框架和运行时”中的PHP组件：
3. 运行“安装”后，IIS的 FastCGI + PHP5 环境已经完成，可以直接使用。除非有特别需要否则不必要修改系统所带PHP的配置。
